CORDIA S.A., leader in its field, is looking to hire a capable professional to join our team in the role of Commercial Projects Manager, responsible for Tenders & Offers for Public and Private Sector Projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry, particularly in cost estimation and the preparation of technical and financial proposals for services provided by the company (technical maintenance, cleaning, e-mobility, photovoltaics, energy management, etc.).

Responsibilities

Understanding and analyzing the requirements of a Tender or RFP (Request For Proposal) in line with technical and financial specifications.
Collaborating with all relevant departments to ensure that the technical and financial documents submitted in the proposal meet the Tender or RFP requirements.
Timely and accurate preparation of supporting documentation and technical proposals in accordance with the requirements of the Tender or RFP.
Full knowledge of the public tender process from start to finish.
Conducting cost analysis and risk assessment.
Cooperating with all departments involved to ensure the timely preparation of the cost estimate and submission of a financial offer that aligns with the client’s needs and requirements.
Responsibility for the timely submission of proposals/offers.
Monitoring the market, competition and submitted offers in order to provide feedback and achieve a final agreement with clients.
Finalizing contract terms and agreeing on them with clients, while handing over the contract to the Operations department.

A degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or alternatively a degree in Finance or Business Administration.
Proven experience in a similar position within the FM services industry.
Knowledge of FM industry standards and regulations.
Experience in cost estimation for FM services.
Experience in preparing and submitting bids for electronic or non-electronic public sector tenders.
Project management skills and the ability to multitask across various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Analytical thinking, communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Team spirit and collaboration mindset.
