Responsibilities

Our UI/UX Designers team supports customers in adopting advanced technological solutions by defining interaction strategies that meet business needs. Working alongside technical experts, we help create reliable and impactful digital experiences that give clients a real competitive advantage.

  • Designing solutions that simplify complex processes, making them more intuitive and efficient for users, and ensuring enterprise systems operate smoothly.
  • Designing cohesive interactions and visual frameworks that ensure a clear, consistent experience across applications 
  • Developing scalable and reusable design solutions that can be applied across systems, supporting efficiency, reliability, and improved user experiences while reducing delivery time.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools such as Figma (or similar collaborative design tools).
  • Understanding of the end-to-end UX/UI design process.
  • Practical knowledge of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction patterns.
  • Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of typography, color, and layout.
  • Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
  • Ability to interpret and apply user research insights, data, and requirements to inform design decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve user problems through structured and thoughtful design solutions.
  • Ability to define and measure design outcomes aligned with business and user goals.
  • Ability to articulate design logic to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience producing developer-ready deliverables (specs, documentation, assets) and participating in iterative handoff processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and plan workload to meet deadlines.
  • A portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, process artifacts (research, flows, decisions), and visual outcomes.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Availability to travel, depending on project needs.
  • Submission of a portfolio is a mandatory requirement for the position.

Good to have

  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries, including using existing systems and contributing to their evolution.
  • Experience in Service Design and Interaction Design within complex or enterprise contexts.
  • Knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG) and a willingness to apply them.
  • Familiarity with agile project workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Writing skills for UX copywriting.
  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns and user behavior.
  • Experience or interest in facilitating or supporting design thinking workshops.
  • Experience with tools that leverage AI for ideation, accessibility checks, or content generation.
  • Italian language (written and spoken) is a plus.
