We are seeking a motivated ITSM Engineer to support the design, implementation, and optimization of IT Service Management solutions. 

The role involves working with enterprise clients to improve service delivery, implement ITIL-aligned processes, and support digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in service management best practices, modern ITSM platforms, and collaborative consulting environments, with a passion for continuous improvement and professional growth. 

Responsibilities

As an ITSM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting IT Service Management solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assessing Client Service Operations to identify service improvement opportunities.
  • Implementing ITIL-aligned processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, CMDB, or Asset Management.
  • Configuring and supporting SYNTAX’s ITSM platforms and tools across diverse customer engagements.
  • Collaborating with sales teams on pre-sales activities including solution demos, technical presentations, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

What You Bring to the Table
  • Educational Background: B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science,
  • Information Systems, or related field (M.Sc. is a plus).
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM, IT operations, or service delivery roles.

Technical Proficiency:
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Helix/Remedy, ServiceNow, Ivanti, Jira Service Management, or similar).
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments including networks, systems, and cloud services.
