Druckfarben Hellas S.A. Group is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to support the growth of its printing inks product portfolio. The role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new customers, while providing tailored solutions that meet client needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, strengthening existing partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities within the market. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong sales mindset who enjoy building long-term relationships and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, develop, and improve relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Approach new clients to promote and sell the company's products.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity.
  • Ensure regular reporting for the assigned region.
  • Guarantee a high level of customer service.
  • Manage customer requests and resolve issues effectively.
  • Implement the company’s commercial and financial policy.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in chemical or heavy industry environments such as inks, packaging, plastics, paper, resins, or related raw materials.
  • Strong ability to develop business with industrial clients and manage relationships with technical stakeholders (e.g. production managers, engineers, procurement teams).
  • Hands-on experience in external sales roles, including customer visits and active business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven personality with a dynamic and proactive approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.
  • Fluency in English.
