The position was mainly established for the purpose of supporting the Training & Development Team. In general, the Training & Development Specialist has to coordinate all standard trainings for office employees & marine crew, that are essential for our projects. It is important for the candidate to understand the Group's strategy and its future capability needs, in order to identify learning priorities accross the Group. Work in close collaboration with Directors & Managers in order to create & deliver the training & development path of our employees and marine crew. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the industry and market trends.
