We’re looking for a Commercialization Manager to be involved in all aspects of day-to-day commercialization processes and play a key role in maximizing the value of real estate assets, of portfolios under management, through strategic sales, and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to commercialize real estate properties, both through auctions and open market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and monitor their performance.
  • Manage relationships with potential buyers (investors, end users etc.)
  • Identify new opportunities for commercialization through partnerships and market insights.
  • Collaborate with Valuation, Property Management, Legal and other internal teams on daily tasks.

  • At least 10 years of experience in real estate sector (sales & leases).  Knowledge of auctions is considered a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully commercializing properties, including leasing, selling, or marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders and team members. 
  • Knowledge of property marketing strategies, including digital marketing and traditional advertising.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
