· Previous experience in real estate operations / office administration / inventory management is a plus.
· Knowledge of real estate auctions and related procedures is highly desirable.
· Experience with the iList platform is considered a strong advantage.
· Experience with data analysis tools is highly desirable.
· Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
· Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Fluent in Greek and English.
