Basic Information

We are currently looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist – Home Appliances to support the efficient execution and monitoring of commercial activities within the Home Appliances category. The role acts as a key link between Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Stores and Vendors ensuring data accuracy, operational excellence and commercial effectiveness. 

Responsibilities

Commercial Operations & Coordination
  • Support the day-to-day commercial operations of the Home Appliances category
  • Coordinate commercial activities between Commercial Managers, Stores, Supply Chain and external vendors
  • Ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives, launches and campaigns
Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Prepare and monitor commercial reports (sales, margins, stock, promotions, KPIs)
  • Track category performance and identify deviations or improvement opportunities
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and commercial planning processes
Vendor & Product Support
  • Act as point of contact for operational topics with vendors (pricing updates, agreements, product data)
  • Support product setup, assortment updates and system accuracy
  • Monitor promotional mechanics and ensure correct implementation
Process & Systems Management
  • Ensure accuracy of commercial data across systems (pricing, product codes, promotions)
  • Support continuous improvement of commercial processes and workflows
  • Assist in resolving operational issues affecting stores or sales channels
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Finance on margin, rebates and commercial agreements
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain on availability, stock levels and sell-through
  • Support Store Operations with commercial insights and operational clarifications

Requirements

Sales Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Category Support, Retail or FMCG environment
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
  • Experience with ERP / commercial systems (SAP or similar) is a strong plus
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
