Basic Information

We are looking for a Branding Specialist who will collaborate closely with the Brand & Category Marketing teams to ensure the brand’s in-store image aligns with brand guidelines. They will develop and support new ideas and campaigns aimed at maximizing brand visibility and enhancing the customer experience. They will ensure that the company’s values and image are consistently communicated.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Participates in the execution of the in-store marketing plan based on commercial and seasonal needs.
• Implements brand campaigns within the store.
• Collaborates with Commercial and Marketing teams (including the internal Creative Team) to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Builds communication networks with suppliers, partners, and advertising agencies to optimize efficiency.
• Prepares creative briefs for campaigns, branding projects, POP materials, and in-store assets, assessing and providing feedback on proposals.
• Supports commercial projects to enhance brand awareness, commerciality, and customer experience.
• Ensures timely and high-quality execution of branding projects.
• Monitors invoices in line with the annual budget.
• The position holder may be assigned additional duties or special projects as required by company needs.

Required Qualifications

• University degree from a recognized institution, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a specialization in Marketing.
• Proficiency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Brand, Retail, Visual Merchandising, Agencies).
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the retail sector.
