We are looking for a Junior Commercial Campaigns Specialist to support the Commercial Campaigns team in the execution and coordination of commercial and marketing campaigns. The role is hands-on and supportive, focusing on coordination, follow-ups and smooth communication between Commercial and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Support the coordination of daily tasks between Commercial and Marketing teams
Assist in the execution of promotions, campaigns and product launches
Track timelines, deadlines and deliverables
Organize campaign materials, briefs and digital assets
Participate in meetings and prepare short status updates
Support basic reporting and data collection for campaigns
Ensure campaigns are executed in line with brand guidelines

Requirements

Communication Skills

Microsoft Excel

Team Coordination

0–2 years of experience in a coordination, marketing or commercial support role
Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Very good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office / collaboration tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes

Nice to Have:

Experience with project coordination tools (e.g. Planner, Asana, Teams)
Exposure to retail, commercial or marketing activations
