Your Role: 
Are you a self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?  If so, instacar wants you onboard! We’re looking for a Customer Success / Operations Intern to join our Operations team at instacar. In this role, you will support the team in delivering a seamless experience to our customers while learning how large-scale mobility operations are managed.
Working closely with the Customer Success and Operations teams, you’ll gain exposure to customer support processes, operational coordination, and internal systems that keep our services running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Customer Success team in supporting customers with after-sales requests, including maintenance, service appointments, and general inquiries.
  • Help coordinate communication between customers, workshops, and internal teams to ensure smooth service processes.
  • Support the monitoring of service requests, ensuring that cases are tracked and updated accurately.
  • Maintain organized records of customer cases and operational activities.
  • Assist with documentation checks related to contracts, insurance, and customer requests.
  • Help the team investigate and resolve simple customer inquiries or operational issues.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Operations, Logistics, and Finance.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and customer experience through feedback and insights.
  • Participate in daily operational tasks and learn how mobility services are managed at scale.

Requirements

We value individuals who:

  • Is currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Is interested in Customer Success, Operations, Mobility, or Startups.
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrates a problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Is comfortable using digital tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Has fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous internship or part-time experience in customer service or operations is considered a plus but not required.
