Our organization is seeking an experienced Microsoft Specialist to oversee and optimize its Microsoft ecosystem within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing Microsoft Intune (endpoint/device management) and Microsoft Entra ID (cloud identity and access management), ensuring that users and devices are secure, compliant, and efficiently managed.
The specialist will also support a range of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Office 365 applications, etc.), contribute to IT service management processes, and play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives.
This full-time position offers a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence at the production facilities with remote work flexibility. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain a robust, highly available IT infrastructure that supports business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and configure Microsoft Intune for enterprise device and application management. Responsibilities include setting up mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies, deploying software and updates, configuring Windows Autopilot for new devices, and enforcing compliance and security policies across endpoints
- Microsoft 365 Services Support
Maintain and support Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and services. Monitor and manage Microsoft Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and other Office 365 products to ensure proper configuration and alignment with user needs. Troubleshoot issues related to Teams meetings, Exchange mail flow, or SharePoint access in collaboration with the Corporate IT team, and liaise with Microsoft support when necessary
- Azure AD / Entra ID Management
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), including user and group management in a hybrid environment, configuration of authentication methods (MFA, password policies), and administration of services such as conditional access, enterprise application registrations, and single sign-on
- Power Platform & Microsoft Fabric Integration
Provide basic oversight and support for Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) usage and integration. While not directly responsible for solution development, ensure the platform is enabled and governed according to organizational policies and best practices. Maintain a basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Fabric to support data-related initiatives and coordinate with the data and analytics team on infrastructure changes
- ITSM & Process Orientation
Demonstrate experience with IT Service Management tools and processes, including incident management, request fulfillment and structured change management. Familiarity with ITIL best practices or certification is beneficial. Experience with service desk platforms such as ServiceNow or similar tools is a plus
- Communication & Documentation
Exhibit excellent communication skills. Fluency in Greek is required to support local staff and document policies and procedures. Proficiency in English is necessary for reading technical documentation, understanding IT terminology, and communicating with global vendors. The ability to to communicate effectively with non-technical staff is essential. Strong writing skills are required for producing documentation and reports
