The platform helps organizations digitize workflows, increase productivity, and gain real-time operational visibility.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Operations Specialist to support the financial and commercial operations of our business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the commercial and accounting administration processes of the company, ensuring smooth management of client contracts, invoicing activities, and financial transactions.

This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple financial and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Client & Contract Administration
  • Monitoring and reconciliation of customer outstanding balances
  • Contract renewals for existing clients and subscription services
  • Preparation and management of contracts for new customers

Accounting & Financial Operations
  • Entry and processing of financial documents and invoices
  • Management and execution of supplier payments
  • Monitoring and recording of customer payments and collections

Financial Monitoring
  • Tracking receivables and ensuring timely collections
  • Supporting the accounting department with financial documentation
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reports

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
  • Fluency in English
