The role involves analyzing existing processes, designing optimized workflows, documenting procedures, and collaborating with Internal Audit to ensure compliance. Key Accountabilities
- Perform detailed documentation of all as‑is processes, including communication flows, hand‑off points, and data exchanges
- Assist in shaping to‑be processes leveraging modern digital tools to optimize efficiency and accuracy
- Highlight potential risks, communicate with Internal Audit, and monitor corrective actions
- Participate in meetings with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals
- Contribute to documentation, tracking of deliverables, and general support for digital transformation initiatives
