The position provides airport users (i.e. passengers, visitors, airlines, handlers, etc.) with a wide range of information services, in relation to departures, arrivals, directions, guidance, lost/found baggage, parking, public transport, access, complaints etc. Furthermore, the position supports a variety of operational duties, (i.e. queue management, passenger flow monitoring etc.) and provides support during operational irregularities/incidents.
