As a Backend Engineer at OTE, you will be part of teams building and evolving large-scale, mission-critical backend platforms that support a very large customer base and complex business processes.
You will operate in an environment with rapidly changing business and technological challenges, where engineering quality, scalability, and reliability are critical. The systems you work on are not only used locally, but are also shared and evolved across the DT Group, contributing to solutions consumed by multiple NatCos.
We are looking for engineers who enjoy ownership, technical depth, and collaboration, and who want to shape platforms used at national scale and evolved at a global DT Group level, following shared engineering principles and standards across NatCos.
