The Account Manager Trainee supports the account management team in maintaining client relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of projects and services. This role focuses on learning how to communicate with clients, understand their needs, and coordinate internally to deliver high-quality results. 

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in managing day-to-day communication with clients 
  • Support the preparation of offers, reports, presentations, and updates 
  • Help coordinate internal teams to ensure timely project delivery 
  • Track project progress and follow up on tasks and deadlines 
  • Document client requests and maintain organized records 
  • Assist in identifying client needs and feedback 

The goal of this internship is to help the trainee develop: 
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills 
  • An understanding of project coordination and delivery processes 
  • A professional, service-oriented mindset
