Group is a dynamic and fast-growing Greek industrial group, holding a leading position in architectural paints, thermal insulation systems, printing inks, and industrial coatings. Through its strong brands, KRAFT PAINTS and BIOCLIMA, the company delivers innovative and sustainable solutions across international markets.

We are currently seeking a Group Export Sales Manager to drive business development across the Middle East & Africa region. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on expanding the company’s footprint, developing new markets, and strengthening existing partnerships, initially within the printing inks segment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the export sales strategy for the Middle East & Africa region.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients (hunting), while also developing existing accounts.
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and direct industrial clients.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: market mapping, prospecting, quotations, negotiations, and deal closing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Unit Director and internal teams to shape commercial strategy.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, competition data, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate internally with sales support, logistics, and technical teams for offer preparation and order execution.
  • Participate in technical discussions with clients to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery.
  • Support post-sale activities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in international markets, exhibitions, and business networks (e.g. chambers, tenders)

  • Proven experience in export sales / international business development, ideally in inks, packaging, chemicals, or broader industrial sectors.
  • Strong track record in new business development and market expansion.
  • Experience managing both distributors and direct B2B clients.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to manage the full sales cycle end-to-end.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a new and developing market environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (frequent international travel required).
  • Fluency in English; French will be considered a strong asset (especially for North Africa).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across different cultures.
  • Technical background is a plus but not mandatory.
