Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for an IT Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to users across the organization via phone, remote access, and in-person.
  • Manage, track, and resolve support requests through the Jira platform.
  • Set up and configure new computers using disk imaging tools.
  • Perform computer hardware repairs and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve printer-related issues (e.g., paper jams, consumable replacements).
  • Support workstation relocations, including computer, monitor, and structured cabling changes.
  • Assist with user account management and administrative tasks in Active Directory.
  • Ensure smooth operation of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

Help Desk Support
  • B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in related role.
  • Excellent command of MS-Office applications.
  • Familiarity with using help desk software and ticketing systems.
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
