Are you passionate about events, project management, and creating meaningful experiences?

Join our team as a Junior Project Manager and get hands-on experience in planning and executing projects across events, training, and career initiatives.

You will play an active role in the organization of major employer branding & learning initiatives of linq, while also contributing to a broader portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of multiple projects, including large-scale events, trainings, and initiatives.
Coordinate and support key project aspects such as speakers & trainers, communication, logistics, and overall delivery.
Collaborate with vendors, partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Assist in the preparation of delivery materials, communication and promotional assets.
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and project progress.
Contribute actively during event days and project execution, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.

Requirements

Microsoft Excel

Organizational Skills

Project Management

Registered in DYPA.
Completed student or other educational obligations.
Strong organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with digital tools and MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
