Monitor and resolve software-related issues, maintaining optimal performance and reliability
Empower users through tailored advice and comprehensive training on software usage
Collaborate effectively with consultants and development teams to drive successful outcomes

ERP

SQL

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration or in relevant field
2+ years of experience in software, technical support, or related roles
Solid technical background with hands-on experience in ERP systems or similar software
Good knowledge of databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
Familiarity with business processes and ability to understand operational needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
