Basic Information

 As an Account Manager – Software Solutions, you will play a key role in driving business growth by managing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored software solutions that create long-term value. You will be responsible for account development through upselling and cross-selling, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver seamless and effective solutions aligned with business objectives 

Responsibilities

 
Your contribution to the success of the team 
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate additional solutions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to account growth strategies in alignment with business objectives.
 

Requirements

Account Management
 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Economics, Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the IT industry (Business Software Solutions)
  • Understanding of B2B sales techniques and strategies within the software industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with B2B clients
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
