Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for an Information Security GRC Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities

1. Risk Assessment & Business Continuity Planning

Conduct comprehensive Risk Assessments to identify security threats and vulnerabilities.
Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) to ensure the organization’s resilience against cyber threats.
Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to assess the potential effects of security incidents on business operations.

2. Regulatory & Compliance

Conduct Regulatory & Compliance Assessments to ensure alignment with industry standards and legal requirements.
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including:
ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System)
NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology)
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)

3. Security Governance & Best Practices

Assist in developing security policies and procedures in line with compliance requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to implement security measures and ensure best practices are followed.
Conduct security awareness training and promote a strong cybersecurity culture within the organization.

Requirements

Cybersecurity

Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Risk Management, or Compliance.
Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and business continuity planning.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA.
Experience conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
