We are looking for a Client Care & Interior Coordination Specialist to join our team.
This is a dual role: you will own the client journey from contract signing through to post-delivery, and you will bring genuine interior design expertise to guide clients through finishes, layouts, and fit-out decisions.
You will be the primary point of contact for buyers across multiple active projects - someone who combines warmth and professionalism with the technical fluency to have substantive conversations about materials, specifications, and construction quality.
This role sits within the Client Care function and reports directly to our Head of Client Care. You will work closely with our project, design, and sales teams, acting as the bridge between what is happening on site and what clients need to hear - clearly, honestly, and on time.
- Manage ongoing client communication throughout the construction and delivery phases, ensuring clients are always informed and never left waiting.
- Prepare and present interior coordination drawings showing finishes, layouts, and fittings - guiding clients through selections and ensuring their choices are accurately documented and handed to the project team.
- Coordinate with the construction teams to validate feasibility of client fit-out requests, track execution quality on site, and flag deviations before they become problems.
- Prepare and send structured client updates, meeting notes, and progress reports with clarity and consistency.
- Support the pre-delivery walkthrough and snag process, coordinating with site teams on outstanding items.
- Maintain accurate records of client preferences, decisions, and correspondence across our project management systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our client experience - processes, templates, and communication standards.
