Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Junior IT Service Desk to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle incoming user requests via telephone.
  • Accurately log, update, and track incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
  • Identify, assess, and correctly categorize IT issues and requests.
  • Prioritize tickets based on urgency and impact, following established procedures.
  • Ensure all tickets are clearly and thoroughly documented.
  • Escalate requests to appropriate IT teams when necessary.

Requirements

Service Desk
  • B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
  • Approximately 6 months of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or service desk role.
  • Basic IT knowledge, enabling correct understanding and classification of user requests.
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
