Basic Information

IDATOR is a leading provider of advanced water technology and smart pumping solutions, dedicated to delivering high-performance and environmentally friendly systems. With decades of expertise, we specialize in the distribution and production of innovative water management equipment for residential, industrial, and municipal applications.

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant, who will work directly with the CEO and will play a key role in ensuring smooth executive operations and effective communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and official correspondence.
  • Handling confidential documents and executive communications.
  • Coordinating international and domestic travel (flights, hotels, itineraries).
  • Acting as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams.
  • Liaising with clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Maintaining organized digital and physical document management systems.

Requirements

Communication Skills

Organizational Skills
  • 3–5 years in an Executive Assistant / Secretary / Administrative role.
  • Proven experience managing contracts and confidential documentation.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (additional language will be considered an advantage).
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Familiarity with digital collaboration & document management tools.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced executive environment.

Good to have

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in industrial, technical, or commercial companies is a plus.
