Basic Information

The Commercial Operations Cyprus Coordinator is the single point of coordination between the commercial departments and the rest of the business. The role works closely with the Demand Planning, Space Planning, and Promo Planning teams, acting as a bridge across functions.
This is a coordination and early warning role. The Coordinator ensures that all involved teams have the right operational context, monitors outcomes, and flags issues before they become problems. 

Responsibilities

  • Early Warning & Escalation — Monitors weekly commercial KPIs and escalates promptly to the right team, following up until each issue is resolved.
  • Demand & Replenishment Coordination — Ensures that supply chain specifics (lead times, seasonality, local variations) are reflected in order schedules, and tracks OOS, DOH, and sell-through performance.
  • Promo Planning Coordination — Aligns the promotional calendar with the central team and ensures stock is in place before each campaign goes live.
  • Local–Central Liaison — Acts as the bridge between the local commercial team and the central functions, channelling market intelligence and routing incoming requests to the right teams.
  • Reporting & Monitoring — Provides regular commercial performance reporting (OOS, DOH, sell-through, margin vs plan) and maintains a live action log visible to all relevant teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • 2–3 years of experience in retail operations or commercial coordination
  • Solid understanding of replenishment, range planning, and promo coordination — enough to recognise when something is off, without needing to execute it
  • Strong communication and multi-team coordination skills, with structured thinking and the ability to manage open issues remotely
  • Ability to read KPI dashboards and ask the right questions
