Basic Information

As a Junior Product Manager for Stationery at Public, you will support the development, management, and growth of the stationery product category. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Stores to ensure the successful execution of product strategies, assortment planning, and promotional activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and commercially driven individual looking to grow within a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

·        Support the management of the stationery product portfolio, including assortment planning and lifecycle management 
·        Assist in the introduction and launch of new products, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams 
·        Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks 
·        Contribute to pricing strategies and promotional planning 
·        Collaborate with Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure effective product positioning 
·        Analyze competitor activity and market insights to support category growth 
·        Prepare reports, product briefs, and presentations for internal stakeholders 
·        Ensure product data accuracy across systems and support operational processes

Requirements

Microsoft Excel
·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field 
·        Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the purchasing department of a commercial company
·        Strong interest in retail and product management, ideally within stationery or FMCG categories 
·        Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail 
·        Excellent communication and organizational skills 
·        Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams 
·        Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) 
·        Fluency in English (written and spoken)
