Yours Car Rental is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to develop and grow the company’s B2B corporate client portfolio in Greece.

The role focuses on approaching Greek companies and creating long-term agreements for car rentals, business travel needs, replacement vehicles, short-term rentals, flexible mobility solutions, and corporate leasing opportunities.

The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, confident in communication, and able to build strong relationships with decision-makers such as business owners, general managers, HR departments, procurement teams, travel managers, and fleet managers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach companies in Greece that may require car rental or mobility solutions. 
  •  Develop B2B agreements with corporate clients across different industries. 
  •  Build relationships with decision-makers, including owners, CEOs, procurement managers, HR managers, fleet managers, and office administrators. 
  •  Present Yours Car Rental’s services and explain the benefits of a corporate agreement. 
  •  Prepare commercial offers, proposals, and pricing packages based on client needs. 
  •  Follow up with potential clients and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement. 
  •  Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B accounts. 
  •  Work closely with the reservations, operations, pricing, and accounting teams to ensure smooth service delivery. 
  •  Monitor competitors and identify opportunities in the Greek corporate mobility market. 
  •  Keep records of leads, meetings, offers, and signed agreements. 

Requirements

Sales
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, corporate sales, account management, or B2B services. 
  •  Experience in car rental, leasing, travel, insurance, logistics, hospitality, or mobility services will be considered an advantage. 
  •  Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
  •  Professional attitude and ability to speak with company decision-makers. 
  •  Good knowledge of the Greek business market. 
  •  Fluent Greek and good English. 
  •  Ability to prepare offers and present services clearly. 
  •  Organized, persistent, and target-oriented personality. 
  •  Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and CRM tools. 
  •  Driving license will be considered an advantage.
