We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Scrum team. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and testers to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
What we’re looking for:
- Some hands‑on work experience is required, either as a Business Analyst or as a member of a software development team
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and basic terminology (user stories, backlog, sprints, refinement, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical colleagues
No specific domain or tool experience is required—however, the role is not entry‑level and assumes prior exposure to a professional software development environment.
Experience in Azure DevOps or similar platforms is appreciated.
Working language is English and a global team is involved.
