We are currently looking for a driven, Mid-Senior Business Development Executive who will report directly to the leadership team. This is a high-exposure role for a true "hunter" who thrives on creating new business opportunities from scratch, closing impactful B2B deals, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify, prospect, and generate new B2B business opportunities from scratch through targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Conduct high-level pitches and lead negotiations to secure new client partnerships and close sales deals.
  • Re-engage and nurture cold/past leads while effectively managing incoming inbound opportunities.
  • Oversee and nurture a select portfolio of newly acquired and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct high-impact business meetings, both in-person and remotely, with key corporate decision-makers.
  • Build, develop, and strategically expand Linq’s client portfolio to secure predictable, long-term business streams.
  • Maintain full accountability of the sales pipeline using digital tools and CRM systems to track activity and forecasts.
  • Maintain a high and consistent volume of daily sales outreach, follow-ups, and market research.

  • Mid-Senior level experience in B2B sales, specifically within the professional service business sector.
  • A proven track record in outbound sales, with a passion for proactive prospecting rather than waiting for leads.
  • Fully comfortable navigating digital platforms, modern sales tools, and CRM software.
  • Excellent presentation skills, highly comfortable with both virtual and face-to-face client meetings.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • High level of accountability, strong initiative, self-motivation, and an execution-focused mindset.
