EVENTURE is one of the fastest-growing conference and corporate event management companies in Greece. We are looking for a Senior Travel Coordinator to strengthen our Travel & Logistics pillar and act as a strategic partner to our Event Management team.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Project Event Management team to support travel needs for complex conferences and corporate events.
Manage visa processes and travel documentation for international attendees.
Handle room blocks and hotel allocations for conferences.
Develop and strategically manage the company's travel & venue portfolio.
Identify new partnership opportunities with event venues, hotels, and specialized suppliers.
Negotiate commercial terms and secure sustainable, competitive agreements.
Be present on-site at conferences and events in Greece and internationally, when required.
Handle VIP delegates and clients with discretion and professionalism.
Consistently ensure a high standard of customer excellence.

At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Travel / MICE / Events.
Proven experience in supplier sourcing, development, and price negotiation.
Proven experience in group travel and conference logistics.
Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms and GDS systems.
Experience with visa processes and international travel documentation.
Strong commercial awareness and a sales-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
