Enerwave is currently seeking a Public Sector Sales Operations Officer. The purpose of the role is to support Public Sector sales activities through the accurate preparation of administrative and tender documentation, coordination with internal teams, and management of all compliance requirements throughout the bidding process.

The role is responsible for ensuring timely and complete tender submissions, maintaining up-to-date corporate documentation, and providing operational support during both pre-sales and post-sales stages. In addition, the position oversees contract administration, amendments, and SLA tracking to support the smooth execution of awarded projects and effective communication with delivery teams and public authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares administrative documents, declarations, certificates, and compliance forms required for public sector bids and supports contract signing procedures and documentation after award. 
  • Coordinates internal stakeholders (Legal, Financial, Billing, Sales Operation, Technical teams) to prepare complete tender documentation, ensures compliance with all tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission deadlines and uploads and manages documents on digital tender platforms and maintains version control. 
  • Provides administrative and operational support to sales executives during pre‑sales and post‑sales processes, prepares presentations, summaries, and tender requirement analyses, submit clarification requests and communicates with authorities when needed. 
  • Maintains a library of updated corporate documents (statutes, certificates, legal forms, ISO, financial statements). 
  • Manages contracting documents, amendments, extensions, and supporting materials and tracks SLA performance requirements and ensures timely communication with delivery teams. 
  • Perform detailed mapping and segmentation of public sector authorities, providing structured insights that support sales prioritization, opportunity identification, and go‑to‑market planning. 
  • Monitor and track all newly published public sector tenders and proactively inform the Public Sector Sales Team Leader and the Head of Business Sales Department on tender requirements, timelines, scope, and key commercial and technical information.

  • A BSc in Business Administration or Economics, Social Studies, Information Technology Knowledge or a related field.
  • 2 years of working experience in Public sector sales operations, Tendering, Bidding.
  • Knowledge and experience related to public procurement and administrative law (e.g. law 4412/2016), tender bid management processes and of the ESIDIS platform.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills with approachable, enthusiastic ‘can do' attitude.
    Flexible, service-orientated, team player, proactive self-starter, focused on high quality and high productivity.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office & ΕΣΗΔΗΣ.
  • Advanced level in English.
