We are currently looking for a strategic and highly motivated Sales Engineer (Process Industry & Power), who will report directly to the Managing Director and will play a key role in driving market development, penetrating the complex pyramid of industry actors, and managing long sales cycles to secure annual revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a targeted sales development plan per subsegment, aligning with global business strategy.
  • Identify, map, and prioritize potential key accounts and target accounts across the Process Industry and Power sectors.
  • Execute high-volume activity plans for target accounts, strictly following Roxtec’s pricing, quality, and customer service strategies.
  • Lead sales development by influencing all levels of the decision-making pyramid, including owners, design institutes, EPCs, contractors, and installers.
  • Monitor competitor movements and continuously adjust the sales approach to maintain Roxtec's technical and commercial advantages.
  • Partner closely with internal technical support, test, and certification engineers to deliver flawless project execution.
  • Conduct monthly sales reviews, maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, provide realistic sales forecasts, and monitor AR control with the MD.
  • Own individual KPIs and drive the annual fiscal revenue plan to completion through disciplined sales pipeline management.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably within a Multinational Corporation.
  • Strong background in the Process Industry and/or Power sector, with demonstrated experience navigating long sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of how to target, direct, and influence design engineers, project managers, and key corporate decision-makers.
  • Fluency in spoken English and excellent written communication skills.
  • High alignment with corporate Code of Conduct and Core Values (Market Creator, Trust, Satisfaction).
