Our client is a leading regulated financial services organization embarking on a strategic AI transformation journey. They are looking for an AI Consultant to act as the connective tissue between business and technology, translating organizational needs into practical, AI-powered solutions.

This is a hybrid business analyst / AI enablement role. You will work closely with business units and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design workflows and deliver AI-driven tools and automations that generate measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Map existing business processes across departments and identify high-impact opportunities for AI adoption and automation.

  • Design, prototype and implement AI-powered tools using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and related APIs, tailored to specific departmental needs.

  • Build and manage automation workflows leveraging AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms and integration layers (e.g. Make, Zappier).

  • Act as an internal AI champion, educate and upskill teams on AI capabilities, best practices, and responsible use within a regulated environment.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into structured AI use cases, prompt engineering templates and operational procedures.

  • Develop and maintain clear documentation: use case registers, workflow diagrams, implementation guides and AI governance protocols.

  • Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve deployed AI solutions based on usage feedback and business outcomes.

  • Ensure all AI implementations comply with regulatory requirements (DORA, GDPR, PCI-DSS) and internal risk and compliance frameworks.

  • Support the organization in building a structured AI roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.

  • Liaise with IT, data and security teams to ensure safe and compliant integration of AI tools with existing infrastructure.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in a business analysis, consulting, digital transformation or technology advisory role.

  • Hands-on experience working with AI tools and platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or equivalent).

  • Strong ability to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies and propose structured solutions.

  • Proficiency in process mapping, requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications.

  • Familiarity with automation platforms (Make, Zappier, n8n or similar) and no-code/low-code environments.

  • Solid understanding of prompt engineering and practical LLM application design.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to present complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

  • Comfortable working within structured change management and governance frameworks.

  • Proficiency in both English and Greek (written and spoken).

Good to have

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Prince2).

  • Certifications in AI, data, or digital transformation (e.g. Google AI Essentials, Microsoft AI-900, IIBA, PMI-PBA).

  • Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms and knowledge management tools.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
