Your role as a ReactJS/React Native Developer will focus on the delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills, and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services.
During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
• Design, develop and implement complex web and mobile applications using ReactJS and/or ReactNative
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code that meets development standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web and mobile applications and provide support to end-users
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals for web and mobile-based solutions
• Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or another related field
• 2-5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge of ReactJS and/or ReactNative, and JavaScript
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of mobile design principles and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of App Servers, Web Servers, Databases, Web Services, UML and Development tools (Ant, Maven, Eclipse), GIT, SVN
• Strong communications skills in both Greek and English
• Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or another related field would be considered a plus
• Experience in the Insurance or Banking Sectors
• Experience in test driven development
• Experience on build and tracking tools like Jenkins, Bug Tracking, Jira, Sonar
• Participate in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) / iterative project methodology and practices
