• Product & Service Knowledge: Develop thorough knowledge of the Company’s products and services and provide relevant advisory support.
• Business Development & Networking: Identify the appropriate contact within each organization, establish connections with potential clients, and promote and develop customer relationships.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor competition and collect and analyze market data related to pricing, existing and new products, implementation timelines, and competitors’ communication and promotional tactics.
• Strategic Analysis & Planning: Work strategically — collect and analyze data, formulate and test hypotheses (what-if scenarios), synthesize findings, develop promotion plans, and support their conversion into actionable initiatives.
• Value Creation & Commercial Support: Document and communicate findings that add value to the Company’s product offerings, improve sales strategies, and support the identification of new customers.
• Product & Policy Enhancement: Propose changes to products, services, and related promotional policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare business reports and analyses and communicate them to all relevant stakeholders.
• Database & Reporting Management: Manage the development and maintenance of departmental databases and periodic reports, providing historical data per product/service/client.
• Executive Support: Prepare internal presentations to support senior management in critical decision-making.
• Industry Participation: Participate in public relations activities such as seminars, conferences, and events.
