On behalf of our client, a growing technology company based in Athens, we are looking for an experienced Office Manager to take full ownership of administrative and operational functions.
Responsibilities
Manage customs processes in coordination with the company's customs broker, ensuring smooth and timely clearance of international shipments.
Handle procurement and supplier contracts for materials sourced from international suppliers across multiple regions.
Manage contracts and relationships with utilities providers and insurance companies.
Oversee supplier payments and handle day-to-day banking transactions.
Process payroll and manage employee attendance records and leave schedules.
Collect and consolidate invoices for submission to the company's external accounting partner.
Support compliance processes and coordinate with relevant external parties on the preparation and maintenance of required documentation.
Liaise with internal teams on international orders, imports, and deliveries.

4+ years of experience in an office management or administrative operations role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Fluent in English, written and oral.
Κnowledge of MS Office.

Familiarity with customs procedures and import/export documentation.
Comfortable working in a technical environment alongside specialist teams.
