On behalf of our client, an established IT services and consulting company based in Athens, we are looking for a Tech Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both internal positions and client needs.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, from sourcing to offer.
Conduct screening interviews and participate in in-person interviews alongside hiring managers.
Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
Attend industry events to strengthen employer brand and expand the candidate network.
Manage candidate communication and deliver timely, structured feedback throughout the process.
Support client hiring projects and engage with stakeholders to understand role requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and contribute to internal reporting.

3+ years of experience in recruitment, within the IT or technology sector.
Solid understanding of technical profiles and the ability to assess candidates effectively.
Experience with sourcing tools and professional networks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and work to deadlines.
Fluent in English, written and oral.
Knowledge of MS Office.
