We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer (C# or Java) in Thessaloniki. You will have the chance to participate in important international projects, working on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform and its integrated products. You will focus on implementing and delivering applications under guidance, carrying out actively and responsibly your project-related activities. Acting with progressively increasing autonomy within multi-functional teams, you will be responsible for the quality of your work and its alignment with the clients’ priorities, targets, and needs.
For a full coverage of your role, you ought to be able to:
• Write clean and maintainable code in C# and JavaScript following established coding standards and best practices.
• Customize and develop new technical functionalities on Dynamics 365 CE platform under supervision, as well as come up with solutions supporting the client’s goals.
• Implement configurations and basic customizations on Dynamics 365 CE, including forms, views, and business rules.
• Produce solid and business-oriented functionalities throughout tools and resources that will be made available to you and the rest of the team.
• Communicate your ideas and proposals in a clear, structured, and concise fashion with team members and stakeholders.
• Single out possible issues and come up with ideal solutions and proposals related to the project, swiftly sharing them with the rest of the team.
• Fruitfully cooperate with inter-functional and international teams.
• Follow the workflow process in order to enable efficient development and maintain code quality.
• Learn and apply Dynamics 365 CE platform capabilities, Power Platform tools, and Microsoft development best practices.
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or in similar technical-scientific disciplines.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented programming languages (C#, Java).
• Knowledge of relational databases and query languages (e.g., SQL).
• English proficiency.
• Availability to travel.
• Proactivity, genuine enthusiasm and curiosity, teamwork attitude.
• Cloud Computing fundamentals.
• Knowledge of CRM/Information Systems or Dynamics 365 CE platform basics.
• Knowledge of Web Frontend Development (JavaScript/HTML/CSS).
• Experience in development frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Angular, React).
• Communication Protocols such as HTTP, JSON, API, WS, SOAP, REST, XML.
• Basic understanding of Dynamics 365 CE platform architecture and customization capabilities.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Version control experience with Git or similar tools.
