Responsibilities

We are looking for a junior professional to join our HR Strategy & Technology team at Deloitte in Thessaloniki.The HR Strategy & Technology business supports our clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered, also leveraging new technologies.

During your tenure as a Junior HR Strategy & Technology Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Support the analysis, design, implementation, and optimization of processes and application landscapes based on leading market solutions (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and others) to achieve greater process efficiency and standardization, improve data quality and reporting, and/or release new functionalities.

• Manage the full lifecycle from user requirements: from gathering to implementing solutions designed to meet client needs, learning project governance and monitoring techniques and methodologies for project management and their phases (from implementation to ongoing service management).

• Collaborate with the working team and end client in a proactive and collaborative manner, managing risks and governance strategies for systems and processes.

• Be constantly focused on results, individual responsibility, work quality, and continuous growth in your role, linked to innovation topics.

• Stay constantly updated on market trends in the Human Resources field and regarding solutions supporting HR Transformation contexts that are increasingly embracing innovative topics such as: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Metaverse, and others.

Requirements

Enterprise Resource Planning
ERP/CRM consultancy
Oracle ERP

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Management Engineering, Economics, or Human Resources with a strong aptitude toward Information Technology.

• Interest in operating in the field of consulting and application maintenance services for HCM solutions. Prior training on leading market solutions such as: Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and many others through defined growth paths supported by colleagues with proven experience in HR Transformation.

• Knowledge of presentation and programming languages such as: HTML5, JavaScript, XML, Java, ABAP, VBScript, Python, C, C++, C#, MATLAB, and others.

• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
