Grammikos is an Athens-based residential real estate developer focused on mid to high-end
urban living. We work across the full development cycle — from land acquisition and design
through construction, sales, and handover — with multiple active projects across the Athens
market.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. You will
work alongside an existing Sales Representative and Sales Manager, taking ownership of client
relationships, broker partnerships, and deal execution across our active projects in Athens.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
Conduct client meetings and drive deals through to close.
Build and maintain working relationships with agents and external partners.
Manage incoming leads and ensure consistent, structured follow-up.
Collaborate with legal and construction teams to keep sales commitments aligned with project realities.

3-5 years direct experience in the real estate market.
Genuine passion for sales and a track record of closing.
Fluency in Greek and English.
