As a Full-Stack Software Developer (AI Integration & Prompt Engineering), you will:
• Software Development: Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality end-to-end software solutions.
• Technical Ownership: Take ownership of full-stack technical workstreams and contribute to the successful delivery of end-to-end projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with architects, product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to solve complex business challenges.
• AI-Assisted Development: Leverage AI-powered development tools responsibly to enhance productivity, accelerate delivery, and improve code quality.
• Prompt Engineering: Develop, test, and optimize advanced system prompts and context-sharing strategies to automate repetitive development tasks and improve AI-generated code accuracy.
• Code Quality & Review: Apply critical thinking to evaluate trade-offs, challenge assumptions, and review AI-assisted code to ensure compliance with architectural and quality standards.
• Solution Architecture: Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and solution design across frontend and backend systems.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration, AI literacy, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
• Engineering Excellence: Promote best practices through code reviews, database optimization, automated testing, and DevOps principles.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
• Full-Stack Development: Strong understanding of backend development, API design, database management, and modern frontend technologies such as JavaScript and TypeScript.
• AI & LLM Expertise: Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including advanced prompting techniques, context window management, and strategies to mitigate model hallucinations.
• Communication Protocols: Knowledge of web communication protocols and data formats, including REST, HTTP, and JSON.
• Database Technologies: Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate AI-generated solutions and determine when traditional software architecture approaches are more appropriate.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to document prompt configurations, share AI best practices, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Teamwork: Ability to thrive in agile, cross-functional, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

• LLM Integration: Practical experience integrating Large Language Model (LLM) APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) into production-grade software applications.
• AI Technologies: Familiarity with Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Technology Stack & Cloud Platforms: Experience working across multiple technology stacks and cloud environments, leveraging AI-driven automation and scripting.
• Solution Architecture: Strong architectural thinking with the ability to align technical decisions with AI-driven workflow optimization and scalable software design.
