Join us as an HR Generalist and support the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, development, and daily HR operations. 
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a positive workplace, improve HR processes, and make a meaningful impact on both employees and the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and prepare HR documentation.
  • Support payroll by collecting and verifying employee data.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, working hours, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Greek labour law.
  • Respond to employee questions and support employee-relations matters.
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and development initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and improving HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and track key workforce metrics.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and workplace-culture initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Good knowledge of Greek labour law and standard HR practices.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration.
  • Familiarity with payroll preparation, attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Good command of Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

Good to have

  • Master’s degree or professional HR certification.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, or time-and-attendance systems.
  • Knowledge of ERGANI II and relevant employment reporting procedures.
  • Experience coordinating training and performance-review processes.
  • Familiarity with HR reporting and workforce metrics.
  • Experience in employee engagement or employer-branding initiatives.
  • Previous experience in a multinational or fast-growing organisation.
  • Experience working with external payroll, recruitment, or training providers.
