• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent command of English.
• Finance & Process Knowledge: Understanding of basic financial concepts (e.g. general ledger, invoices, reconciliations) and interest in finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem solving abilities; familiarity with Excel and data handling.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, while also working independently when needed.

• Programming/scripting basics (e.g. Java, Python or similar)
• Foundational understanding of APIs and common data formats (REST/SOAP, XML, JSON)
• Familiarity with structured data and basic reporting (Excel, SQL)
• Conceptual understanding of system integrations (data flows between systems) and interest in financial data (invoices, payments, journals, suppliers/customers)
