Basic Information

Active, a leading technology solutions and systems integration company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of infrastructure, digital workplace and managed services projects, from initial planning and transition through implementation, acceptance and handover to ongoing service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, deliverables and acceptance
  • Lead network infrastructure and datacenter projects, including multi-site rollouts, equipment upgrades and technology migrations
  • Manage digital workplace, DaaS and managed services projects, including device rollouts, service desk transitions and support services
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including network and systems engineers, field technicians, service desk teams, vendors and subcontractors
  • Act as a key point of contact for the client throughout project delivery, providing regular status updates and supporting steering committees, scope and change requests.
  • Track project milestones, SLAs and KPIs, ensuring delivery against contractual commitments
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues and escalations
  • Manage project documentation, acceptance procedures and handover to operations
  • Support pre-sales activities by contributing to project planning, effort estimation, resource requirements and delivery cost estimates

Requirements

IT Infrastructure

Project Management
  • 2–3+ years of experience in IT project management or in a role involving coordination of technical teams and project delivery
  • Good understanding of IT environments, including networking, infrastructure, endpoints and cloud technologies; a hands-on engineering background is not required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel
  • Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Good command of MS Office and MS Project or equivalent project management tools
  • University degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or another relevant field
  • Driving license and willingness to travel to client sites when required

Good to have

  • Familiarity with contractual frameworks, SLAs, change management and formal project acceptance procedures
