3. Online Technical Discussion & Assessment
Candidates progressing to the next stage participate in an online, discussion-based assessment. This includes practical scenarios and technical questions relevant to the position, allowing us to understand your technical knowledge, problem-solving approach, and way of thinking.
4. Final Interview
Shortlisted candidates are invited to a final interview to discuss the role in greater detail, expectations from both sides, and any remaining questions before a final decision is made.
