Basic Information

InTTrust is seeking a detail-driven Payroll and HR Administration Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations and HR administration for their Greek workforce. The role combines payroll execution, contract management, employee benefits administration, and compliance with Greek labour legislation for a growing IT organization of 200+ employees.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute monthly payroll processing for all Greek-based employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Greek labour law, tax regulations, and social security requirements
  • Liaise with external partners (e.g. labour lawyer) to ensure full legal compliance
  • Prepare payroll reports and support finance reconciliation in collaboration with the CFO
  • Manage ERGANI II and provide guidance to employees and contractors on payroll, local labour rules, policies
  • Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, amendments, and terminations
  • Prepare and manage contractor agreements, ensuring compliance with tax/VAT regulations
  • Act as a point of contact for contractors regarding VAT, withholding taxes, and invoicing requirements
  • Own and manage the leave of absence system/tool, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Develop, update, and communicate leave policies in line with company needs and legal requirements
  • Support broader HR policy updates and documentation where required
  • Administer all employee benefits, including ticket restaurant/meal vouchers and fuel allowance/expense reimbursements
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and communication related to benefits programs
  • Support the design and implementation of bonus schemes and incentive programs
  • Draft bonus policies and coordinate roll-out in collaboration with the CFO and HR Director

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in payroll and HR administration, ideally within a fast-paced or IT environment or in a consulting firm
  • Strong knowledge of Greek labour law, payroll practices, and tax/VAT regulations
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS tools, specifically experience with Epsilon Net Pylon HRMS, ERGANI and time and attendance tools
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Authorized to work in the EU
  • Proficient in Greek
