NM Properties is seeking an experienced Facility Coordinator for its branch in Thessaloniki to manage property onboarding/maturation projects and targeted Facility Management activities.

Responsibilities
Log operational activities, draft technical reports, prepare damage assessment and costing reports, and issue fire protection certificates.
Attend property evictions/repossessions, manage key custody and duplication, conduct initial and periodic property inspections, and handle ad-hoc site visits.
Source and supervise external contractors in remote areas, request quotes for cleaning or technical works, track project timelines, review deliverables (initial/periodic inspection reports), and prepare final reporting.
Liaise with public utility providers (locating/disconnecting service meters), bailiffs, notaries, and locksmiths.
Coordinate with building managers to collect required documentation for settling outstanding shared utility fees.
Requirements
Facilities Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational role within a Facility Management (FM) company, technical/engineering firm, or credit servicer.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, work teams, and external subcontractors.
Proficiency in ERP platforms, project management tools, or CRM/AI software.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
