Push is a digital marketing agency combining deep performance marketing expertise with AI-driven technology and services across Paid Media, SEO & GEO, Social Media, and other digital channels. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Athens team in a senior strategic and client-facing role sitting at the intersection of Performance Marketing, Account Management, and Commercial Growth.

Responsibilities

Act as a senior strategic partner across a selected portfolio of key accounts building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and leading QBRs and strategic reviews.
Provide strategic direction and constructive challenge to the Paid Media team across performance campaigns reviewing channel strategy, KPIs, budget allocation, targeting, and growth opportunities.
Translate campaign data and channel performance into clear commercial stories and strategic recommendations for clients.
Identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on genuine client business needs, and support RFPs, pitches, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with SEO/GEO and Social Media specialists to ensure integrated digital strategies across channels.
Stay current with platform developments across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, translating trends into practical opportunities for clients and teams.
Champion AI adoption across teams, using AI tools confidently in your own work and driving a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
Act as a senior escalation point when strategic or commercial input is required, helping maintain strong client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

5+ years of experience in digital marketing within an agency environment.
Strong Paid Media / Performance Marketing experience, with substantial hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
At least 2 years in a senior client-facing, strategic, or account leadership position.
Experience leading or managing a team of specialists.
Fluent in Greek and English.
